

International Orders
Since our website is not set up to calculate International Shipping and Handling charges, once your order has been placed, you will receive an email stating the additional shipping and handling charges (if applicable). Once we receive your approval of the additional charges, we process this charge and send your package. We use every effort to process International orders using the most prompt, yet economical USPS rates possible.

Return/Privacy Policy
All returns must be pre-approved by The Lineman's Factory and merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will refund you the full cost of the item exluding the shipping, handling, insurance charges and restocking fee (20% of the purchase price).Exchanges on clothing are at customers expense. Return shipping, insurance and handling is the responsibility of the customer and credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition. The Lineman's Factory is not responsible for return shipping losses. Please note that special order/custom and glass items have a no return policy.
