Mike Markanson is a completely self taught artist that is also a Lineman for a local Utility company. Mike started his drawing after 1990 when he was recovering from a 12,000 volt electrical flash burn accident he received at work. Mike had fourteen reconstructive surgeries to rebuild his hands and drawing helped him to regain his fine motor skills to his hands. Mike drew for about six months and stopped due to his career path. Mike has had no training for his art work and has just began to draw again in Jan of 2000. Mike loves his trade and would like to expand his vocational true life collection to include other trades such as Policemen, Firemen and other High Risk Professions. Mike enjoys doing commissioned pencil work as well.
Missy Markanson owns and operates The Lineman's Factory. She keeps very busy with product development and research. She is looking forward to expanding the products offered. Her primary concern is that every customer is completely satisfied with our products and will be happy to return to shop again.
